Could use better wheels

Maybe a soft rubber wheel? The current wheels do not agree with cracks in the sidewalk

This is an excellent product, well made, stable, and helps me walk when I am dizzy and/or wobbly. I have a 4 wheel rollator but it is too large to use in our cramped space. This does the job perfectly.
